Susan Sessions bio

Susan Sessions, CPA

I am a Texas native, with two children, currently residing in Fulshear, Texas. A graduate of the University of North Texas and a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sector. I started my career with a small CPA firm in Mansfield, Texas providing bookkeeping, payroll and tax services. Upon graduation and earning my CPA certificate, I moved to middle market firms. Ultimately, making my way to tax leadership positions with an international accounting firm and multi billion dollar retail and real estate companies.

My expertise in tax, accounting, and financial consulting services has helped companies navigate a wide variety of company initiatives with confidence, including new business set up, entering new markets, achieving global expansion, restructuring legal entities, and dealing with the impact of new legislation.

My passion is bringing value to the people I work with whether as team member, colleague or business client. I do this by developing close relationships with my business partners and team members, collaborating across all functional areas and communicating in layman’s terms complex business & tax concepts.

My goal is to provide clients with high quality tax and business consulting. My overall business experience extends past that of traditional income tax, but also includes sales & use tax, property taxes, unclaimed property, tax credit & incentives, ecommerce business issues, banking and lending, budgeting and forecasting needs.


Andria Hearon, CPA

Andria Hearon bio

Andria has lived in North Texas most of her life. She and her family currently reside in Ellis County. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed with the state of Texas.

She has over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She has an extensive background in state and local taxation, and federal income taxation. Her background and experience also include sales & use taxes, property taxes, unclaimed property, tax accounting, forecasting, and budgeting. Her industry experience includes financial institutions, real estate companies, construction, retail, and personal services.

She started her career in industry working for a major retailer in their state and local tax department. She then went into public accounting working for two different local and regional firms in Fort Worth, Texas. While in public accounting, her clients were small to medium sized businesses and she provided them with bookkeeping, payroll, income tax services, tax research and state tax audit services. She then moved back into industry and worked for a real estate investment company and spent the last 14 years at a multi-billion dollar captive auto finance company.

During her career Andria has served as an officer and board member of the Fort Worth Chapter of Tax Executives Institute and served on Committees of the Fort Worth Chapter of the TSCPA. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Andria enjoys partnering with her business clients and understands that small businesses need a valued partner to assist them in navigating the complexities of the current tax environment.
